Wilmcote is a small rural community. It would be completely swallowed up if this development goes ahead. Featherbed Lane is already busy with traffic. It would probably end up grid locked , and so would the Birmingham rd. There are long traffic jams trying to get in and out of stratford. Also Wilmcote has an important historic building, Mary Ardens Cottage, it would be ruined if tourist had to come through a large modern housing estate
