This area is already under resourced in terms of local facilities, community infrastructure and has insufficient transport routes to cope with additional traffic. Its proximity to Kenilworth and expansion there creates a double impact which I believe has been underacknowledged and under estimated as well as the real and significant likelihood of the two areas joining each other within the not too distant future.
