No I live here currently and the countryside is beautiful and peaceful. Our house and our neighbours has an unobstructed view of open countryside and is home to lots of wildlife. There are other more suitable sites that have already developed. There has been an incredible amount of destruction to trees and wildlife habitat in such a small area. The Green belt is being decimated, and development in A1 will only cause further damage. The current infrastructure simply cannot cope with anymore new housing developments. GP's, hospitals, roads, services and schools are not fit to facilitate any increase in capacity.
