Featherbed Lane-rat run through village already , so will be exacerbated by more congestion and dangerous especially at junction A3400
- railway will need to buy land for parking and bridge already seeing subsidence so more traffic a problem
-sewage system already a problem
-land floods and climate change likely to impact further
6000 + houses = massive infrastructure needed especially roads. New sewage plant and flooding problems to be overcome which must not impinge on nearby areas like Aston Cantlow. Costly!
Stratford is already grid locked and heritage being ruined so this ribbon development will exacerbate urban sprawl
