1. Development should not be in the green belt, when there are sufficient sites elsewhere.
2. BW's proximity to Stratford and SG18 will prevent it being an independent settlement.
3. Extending BW to be part of SG18 and omitting the sites surrounding Bearley would provide the housing numbers without overloading the village of Bearley, which has no services or facilities.
