Two attractive country villages Bearley/Wilmcote will be ruined by becoming suburbs of a large town - community will be lost. This is ribbon development with all its problems. Our local roads aren’t sufficient to carry the amount of traffic - the Birmingham Road is already gridlocked at peak times in and out of Stratford with the Featherbed Road traffic backing up towards Wilmcote. Lack of infrastructure/ services ie Gp’s / NHS dentists /A & E / Minor injuries department is a problem already in Stratford. House prices in Wilmcote and Bearley will plummet - we as residents will suffer.
