Destruction of vital greenbelt land. 4. Destruction of wildlife habitat. 5. Increased Carbon footprint. 6. Appalling effect on existing property prices 7. Destruction of image of "British Countryside" to tourists. 8. Damage to woodland habitats 9. Drainage issues caused by building into existing land and creating concrete rafts that destroy natural drainage. 10. Flooding caused by water movement from a poorly drained site into existing drainage that is critical in its capacity now.
