Huge increase in traffic congestion and associated pollution. The road infrastructure around Stratford, the A46 and small villages which will become short cuts to the M40 and A46 would not cope with 6000 extra cars on the road.

Loss of natural habitat and biodiversity. Loss of greenbelt.

Loss of historic villages landscape which is part of why I chose to live here. This is greatly impact local residents negatively. I can see no benefits to local residents.
