The area suggested spans the area between Wilmcote and Bearley, taking in Pathlow as well. 6000 plus new homes would result in around 10000 vehicles on the roads around here, which are already busy during peak times. Also, the only two available railway stations (Bearley and Wilmcote) would be a considerable distance from most of the new houses, resulting in an increased number of cars trying to park close to the stations. There are no parking spaces available at either station. Other than a small village shop, there are also no facilities for new houses. All in all, it's untenable.
