Desktop planning should be stopped. The Wilmcote plan will lead to urban sprawl and make the village a suburb of Stratford. It's NOT a stand alone development. Road/Rail infrastructure does not cope now with traffic. Fields & area already flood, once concreted over water run off will make this worse, drains in the area already don't cope & are old. Increased sewage will force overcapacity to discharge into a already polluted River Avon. Healthcare can't cope now. Wilmcote is an historic village with Mary Arden's Farm & many listed buildings pollution will impact these & area & ratrun traffic worse.
