I believe this is Green belt area. The former Forest of Arden. This area and its services are already overburdened by heavy traffic. Recent development decisions have turned the local area into an eyesore (The Amazon building and it's vacant counterpart warehouse; the destruction of a local birch forest to make way for more houses is criminal). This development would see far heavier traffic on A435 and would destroy the character of the local area.
