I am objecting to the inclusion of Housing Developments B1 and SG07 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan due to several concerns. The developments threaten productive arable farming land and the Green Belt, which should be protected for future food security. There is insufficient infrastructure to support the proposed 8,000 to 10,000 houses, which would strain local services like healthcare and schools. Traffic congestion would worsen significantly, and public services are already inadequate. Additionally, the environmental impact on local wildlife and the rural character of the area would be detrimental.
