Infrastructure in the area is insufficient. With other proposed development at the University of Warwick Wellesbourne campus and Wellesbourne Airfield, there will be greatly increased traffic on the A429, which no longer acts as a bypass and dissects Wellesbourne East/West. This will increase car dependency and is not aligned with sustainable travel.
