I do not agree with SG06 being included in the plan for the following reasons:

1) Schools and infastructure - How will the schools cope this this massive influx of students.
2) Green Space this space serves as critical recreational areas for walking
3) Road Infactructure - The entire road system already sees a great deal of traffic. Houses in this new development would be reliant on having to use cars.
4) - Shops - There are no shops of any size north side of the river. Again this means for everything
