The land forming SG06 is taken from high quality farmland and green belt and as such is inappropriate for development. Other than being high quality agricultural land the area is crossed by public footpaths that are used extensively by the public as a means of access to coutryside. In addition the proposed development are would have the effect of linking greater Leamington Spa with the village of Milverton. The village should remain separated
