I object to the proposed B1 Plan as follows:
B1 is a breach of the Green Belt and Green Belt planning guidelines, and an overdevelopment of the rural area.
Will have a detrimental effect on local wildlife, countryside, habitat, historic trees, hedgerows and woods.
There is insufficient existing infrastructure, B1 would overload roads, schools, hospitals, Doctors surgery's and shops.
The B1 Plan will overwhelm existing rural communities and have a severe detrimental effect upon tourism into the area.
There are insufficient public services to support the supply of water, electricity, gas and drainage for sewers and rainfall run off.
