The plan has enough capacity without the need to build on green belt land. It is not lawful to build on green belt land if capacity can be found elsewhere.
SG06 is not a 'sustainable location' - at least 30 mins walk from the nearest point to Leamington railway station and one hour from the furthest point.
SG06 is the 'lungs' of north Leamington with easy, accessible walks enjoyed by local residents and visitors.
The area is home to protected species and diverse habitat.
Road infrastructure north-south through the town is already saturated, more traffic volume is not needed.
