Existing road and rail infrastructure is unable to accommodate volume of additional demand that would be generated. In Recent housing development at Budbrooke and Hatton has not been completed and many houses are unsold. Development would have a significant detrimental impact on the Green Belt and on residents of Hatton Green, Hatton Station, Shrewley and Little Shrewley.
