No. Land in greenbelt-greenbelt land should not be considerd. Too large scale in comparison to existing village. Will cause urban sprawl as eventually will connect to Stratford. Will desimate the rural character of area. Very limited train services-huge cost to upgrade. Will cause road congestion particularly Old Snitterfield Road/Snitterfield which people will use as a cut through. Noise pollution. Flooding occurs on A34 and rear of Grange Road, Seems that BW only being considered due to landowners willingness to sell land. Ranked 8th for sustainability. Worst option for biodiversity. Landscape and local ancient woodland harm. No local facilities
