This area has for two plus years since a lot of disturbance, with huge traffic issues. Adding industrial noise and traffic where their is a huge estate next to it, at an elevated level, seems non-sensical compared to other identified SG areas with few people nearby and better road network.

I would however support a solar farm being built on the land, as this is low noise, low traffic even during construction, and a haven for wildlife and I would encourage my neighbours to do the same.
