I strongly object to these proposals for the following reasons.
Necessary infrastructure, water ,sewage, electricity, gas ,refuse disposal.Sufficient space for parking /gardens. NetZero huge increase in traffic/service use.
Need for health services, education, jobs.
Decimation of prime agricultural land . Loss of habitats, kestrels red kites ,Lapwing seen in the area all endangered .
Area around Wilmcote station known to flood. Birmingham road access to Stratford already congested with stop go traffic lights adding to pollution.
Scale of development completely overwhelming existing communities. Stratford already has built huge numbers of houses is this really necessary ?
