Surrounding cities such as Coventry and Birmingham need supply there fair share and more if housing need. South Warwickshire should under no circumstances be turned into a commuter belt. The M40 is already busy and reaching capacity at certain times if day. It would not be able to carry more traffic into neighbouring cities. Europa Way and Longbridge roundabout are prime examples of traffic saturation at rush hour and have daily issues.
