No infrastructure at all to support housing here. Traffic traveling to South leamington/warwick is already ridiculous, often taking over 45mins to get to a supermarket (shires retail park etc), the train station, hospital. If more houses are to be built in North Leamington then we need a retail park, hospital, train links schools etc etc to support the increase in population. These must be built first, the building of new housing developments should not be at the detriment of the current local resident. This area is designated green belt and should remain so!
