Significant harm to the landscape and the village, flood plane. Prime land currently used as a livery yard , with great biodiversity, run off would go directly to the river dean , parts of this land aleready flood to save the village so flooding risk would be increased further downstream , beautiful nature walk for local residents , which goes all the way from the village to Walton heavily used by walkers and horse riders. 30 people would have to find alternative accommodation for their horses with livery spaces in the area very few and far between , this land
