Thats so much green belt land to loose. Its so sad. Also similar to SG9 & 10, Although SG11 benefits from being close to the main road network it is already a nightmare to travel into Leamington this way. This has only become more difficult with the ongoing new build locations on the south of Leam. Its a no go driving area at peak times.
