Justification: 1. Environment: loss of green belt; loss of habitat; loss of green space. 2. Infrastructure: Birmingham Road already at capacity and could not cope with considerable increase in traffic. 3. Urban sprawl: combined with B1, feels like Warwick would spill over and into Hatton. 4. Loss of agricultural land and farming livelihoods. 5. Hatton & Budbrooke would cease to be 'a great place to live'
