I am most concerned at the overwhelming negative impact the proposals for huge increases in housing will have on the small market town of Henley in Arden. The infrastructure will be unable to cope with the massive increase in road traffic, schools, doctor' surgery etc will not be able to service a much larger community. Developers always promise to provide the infrastructure, but then fail to deliver and are allowed to walk away without fulfilling their commitments. Their sole motive is profit and there is no reason to believe that this development will be any better controlled
