Road infrastructure to accommodate extra traffic not possible - the road from Old Milverton village to the junction with Kenilworth Road is not suited to increased traffic. Lack of amenities would promote car use rather than reduce it. Valuable agricultural land. Loss of green belt land cannot be undone. Damage to wildlife habitat and loss of well-used recreational opportunities. Planning Inspector rejected proposals in 2017 - what has changed? Are these proposals desk-based - it would appear that nobody has visited this proposed site to assess the suitability or the obstacles would be apparent.
