[summarised] As a resident of over 10 years, I think the proposal for 8,000+ homes in this area is far too much for the following reasons:-

1. Loss of agricultural land, food security and the environmental impact of increased imports.
2. Loss green belt, endangered species and the natural habitat
3. The lack of local infrastructure
4. Impact on Warwick Hospital, its parking, and health services
5. Impact on the road network, suitability of Warwick Parkway
6. Options for local young people to be able to buy their first home
