1) An enormous increase in population would cause a big problem for our infrastructure I.e Gp surgeries,utilities & water supply.2) Our roads are unable to take anymore traffic. It is already difficult to get into S on A by the A 3400 Birmingham Rd, also with increased traffic around the village with our narrow roads this would present a serious hazard.3)The flooding made worse. 4)What about the wild life which we have a lot. 5) Increased air & noise pollution. 6) Serious impact on historical/heritage village/ Mary Arden’farm
