1.Wilmcote is currently a historic village in Green Belt land with a Shakespeare tourist connection.This environment will be ruined if the area is joined to the Stratford ribbon development and becomes just a part of Greater Stratford.
2. Housing on this scale will cause problems for a sustainable drainage system.After heavy rain there has already been flooding on the A3400 at the A46 roundabout and at the Bearley railway bridge.The proposed new housing ,driveways and road structure will increase rainwater run-off and require a substantial upgrade of the of the sewerage systems.
