My question is - I drive through Wellesbourne and it has grown immensely with housing over the past decade.. My concern, as with many sites in rural locations, is whether it will just be for housing as i question what type of employment / business services would be located here - small enterprises and maybe some medium but beyond that I do not see a growth plan in the UK how we intended to grow as a country and the type of jobs available. As with all these sites more explanation as to what is earmarked for them.
