This is an area of farmland used to grow crops to help feed the nation. It is an attractive area surrounded by hedges giving shelter to birds and insects. In recent times traffic has increased locally and any development here would make the issue even worse. Given that major supermarkets are in south Leamington an increase in traffic in this area would create further problems and congestion.
