No building in green belt
Train infrastructure inadequate, infrequent trains, no direct routes to cities.
A3400 would not cope with 10k extra cars, it floods in Bearley from fields proposed for building. Fields also flood.
Local B roads flood and become dangerous as traffic would use as cut throughs for local small villages, they are not suitable.
No school, shop or pub in Bearley.
My commute to Warwick not possible on public transport so not self sustainable, all residents need cars in rural location.
Deer and other wildlife live in woods and use fields behind Snitterfield Road and around village.
