I do not agree:
It is unnecessary development on green belt land which will damage the biodiversity of the area.
It will breakdown valuable wildlife corridors between Bearley and the surrounding villages.
The existing highway infrastructure (A3400/ A46 Junction) will not be able to cope with the increased volume of traffic.
The existing rail links are not adequate to meet increased demand.
There will be increased air, noise and light pollution.
Flooding to existing roads and properties will be made worse.
