This would seem to have excellent rail connectivity with two existing stations to choose from. It would need some decent active travel links to Stratford though (you can't just rely on the canal as that's muddy and narrow by Wilmcote). If SG18 is also being built there would be very little gap between the expanded Stratford and this new settlement, so hopefully active travel infrastructure for both could be considered together, along with some rural employment space to keep some residents working locally.
