I think there is a potential danger in building housing in South Warwickshire to meet unmet demand from these areas some distance away, as this is implicitly saying that the people living in this new developments are intended to travel some distance back to the area that couldn't house them for employment. We run the risk of turning into dormitory towns and villages as found around London, with little local services and a population depending on lots of long distance, often car based, transport.
