The development will bring added traffic to an area which does not have the resources to cope. As a mother of a young child, the increase in cars (and the danger of the extra cars to children/road safety including crossing the Birmingham road fo the train station) as well as the added pollution worries me.
Also the impact on flooding and the wildlife that the new housing will bring.
Brown belt should be utilised before green belt. Green belt should not be used merely because it is easier & cheaper to develop.
