No plan for additional road infrastructure so A3400 even more clogged. Building area to west of A3400 easily floods. Ribbon development links Stratford out to Bearley - no green spaces gaps. Loss of wildlife habitat and encroaches on SSI. Flawed reasoning for location - Bearley railway station is single line, 2 carriage platform with minimal stopping trains. Lessons from Long Marston (build houses without adequate infrastructure) not learnt. Local smaller roads through Snitterfield and surrounding villages swamped as short cuts to A46. Scale of development causes air, noise and light pollution which degrades the quality of life for all residents.
