* Impact on the rail network and ability to support increase in passengers. Lapworth village already suffers from limited public transport.
* Impact on road infrastructure. Many roads are country lanes and not capable of upgrade to support a significant increase in cars without destroying the area.
* There is no evidence to show how the impact on schools and doctors surgery would be addressed and to ensure no homes could be built until all supporting facilities are in place and operational.
* Negative impact on greenbelt, wildlife & flooding.
