The Bearley/Wilmcote site will cause more house hold waste, sewage pollution and road off into the local river. The topography of the land makes the site unviable for the site to get a sewer pipeline to the sewage works. A storm over flows will require and increased size of outfall under the railway line this is not viable as the levels are not suitable.
