The Stratford transport proposals are based on unsustainable growth in motor traffic. You cannot have all this and describe the plan as "Sustainable". The Park & Ride schemes are unlikely to be attractive without restraint on car use and parking. There are no policies to deliver such restraint. Where are the protected bus priority corridors or cycle routes? P&R has the potential to protect the urban area but encourages car use between centres. The plan should be diverting trips to less damaging modes, or reducing the need to travel.
