New settlement locations should consider heritage assets and their settings. The proposed G1 new settlement would negatively impact on the registered Burton Dassett Hills Country Park and the village/hamlets of Knightcote, Northend and Burton Dassett including the listed buildings within and their setting in an open and agricultural landscape.
