Not enough essential services such as doctors, school places etc to serve the current population. Both Barcheston and Honnington are historical sites that haven't been developed on since the middle ages. There are two single track bridges that already struggle to handle the volume of traffic. We also have a virtually non-existent public transport network that makes car use an essential as we are not close to any large towns or areas of significant employment. Shipston is already susceptible to flooding and the single track bridges are therefore regularly closed in the winter, making traffic issues worse.
