The land has a railway line to the western boundary this will provide a safety issue without proper crossing point to address any increased foot traffic. Two ariel footbridges and demarcation security fencing would be needed to be installed to protect the site. This unrecoverable investment would have to be found by a third party making Bearley/Wilmcote site unviable and not to be considered.
