Building a small town in the BW location will effectively create a ribbon development/urban sprawl from Bearley, joining on to Stratford upon Avon. This will devastate the historical and culturally significant village of Wilmcote and its connection to Shakespeare as the home of Mary Arden. Tourists will not want to visit an area dominated by a densely populated housing estate and this important British historical asset will be destroyed. The charm of visiting Mary Arden's house and Farm is the tranquil, rural setting and we need to preserve this for future generations from around the world to enjoy.
