This is a rural area providing a sanctuary away from developed areas, vital for a wealth of wildlife including bats, kingfishers, pheasants and deer to name but a few. Not to mention the undeniable benefits to the mental wellbeing of it's residents who chose this area because of the calming environment and natural conditions it provides.
Development would cause irreparable and irreversible damage including increased flooding, a catastrophic increase in traffic, leading to pollution and risk to life for residents and wildlife that currently thrives here.
More people will overload and break the local schools and health system.
