Stratford already has had more houses per capita than anywhere else in England. The infrastructure is already at breaking point and the attractiveness of the area to tourism, the main source of income would almost certainly be impacted. Stratford does not need more housing and indeed could not support more housing to the detriment of the environment and character of the town and surrounding areas.
