From the developments south of Leamington I’ve seen.

- unsustainable traffic. Town is regularly at a standstill (Stratford the same). Only 2 years later are the council attempting to do something about that.
- schools not ready in time so other local schools having to accommodate far too many kids.

These will almost certainly occur here, road network is not linked to house planning, Leamington council told me that.

Also it’s a tragedy to drive additional traffic, noise and air pollution through rural communities. This is totally unnecessary on green belt land.
