I am horrified by the plans to swamp our local countryside and roads with at least an additional 6800 cars (if not twice as many) and houses. This is totally out of keeping with the scale of the adjacent small historical rural villages. The unique world famous character of the area will be lost forever.
Stratford already gridlocks at weekends and cannot take any more traffic. It's already almost impossible to get school places or a doctor's appointment.
This area cannot support a development of this scale and the devastation of the local environment is completely unacceptable.
